Nothing to share about yesterday Karnival Sihat or something related to the program.May be in the next post coz there is so many things to jot down here about that.Ha..ha..Everyone seem to be happy with the carnival.So am i.
Our hostel switch off the light for one hour from 8.30pm to 9.30pm in conjunction with Earth Hour 2009.Bagus...bagus...i give 9 stars. (9/10)
Thanks to all...especially Puan Adida & Puan Shila (our mentor),and the rest of their mentees.
Exhausted...i slept at 12.45 am.

Today's program: go to KFC Bukit Bintang for makan-makan with my lab bench friends and window shopping at Low Yat Plaza,Times Square and Sungei Wang...

Penting atau tidak seseorang Muslim itu mengetahui tarikh hari lahirnya dalam kalendar hijrah?

Jawapan aku,pentinglah sebab kita ada dua kalendar,satu Gregorian dan satu Hijrah.Kedua-duanya penting sebab melalui pengukuran peredaran matahari dan juga bulan.Pertama kali aku tahu hari lahir aku dalam hijrah adalah masa kat UiTM Arau dulu.Masa Karnival anjuran Pusat Islam.Terujalah wei sebab dalam satu tahun dapat sambut 2 hari lahir.Syukur 2x...

Alkisah sebuah ceritera

Ayah aku lahir 27hb Julai 1963 kalau ditukarkan kepada hijri jadilah 06 R'Awal 1383
Mak aku pulak lahir pada 03hb Februari 1963 yakni 08 Ramadhan 1382
Maka berkahwinlah mereka berdua
Jadik lahirlah aku yang comel ini....(ha..ha...) 05 September 1987 bersamaan 11 Muharram 1408

Tahun 2008 adalah satu tahun yang penuh banyak perkara berlaku dalam hidup aku...
Pada tahun ni lah adik bongsu aku meninggal (Irfan kerana Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia).Sedih aku... semoga Allah sentiasa bersamanya.Ameen....
Tahun 2008 merupakan tahun aku berada di lapangan (jabatan patologi hospital) untuk praktikal.Ni semasa aku semester 4 dan 5.Sempat berpuasa sebulan dekat rumah dengan satu famili dan sanak saudara.Tu yang membuatkan aku gembira.Ye lah bila dah mula bekerja dah balik untuk raya entah dapat entah tidak...Ooooo...
Tahun 2008 adalah merupaka satu-satunya tahun di mana tarikh hari lahir Masihi aku sama dengan tarikh lahir Hijrah aku: 05 September 2008 bersamaan 05 Ramadhan 1429 dan jatuh pulak pada hari Jumaat.Ya Allah,sentiasalah Engkau memberi hidayah dan rahmat kasih sayang-Mu kepada kami.Ameen....
Dan aku berkira-kira lagi,
Pada tahun 2020 aku akan berumur 33 tahun.Kenapa 33 tahun.Entahlah..tapi aku begitu obses dengan nombor ni.33 satu nombor yang begitu signifikan untuk aku.

Dan aku mencongak lagi,
Tahun 2025,pada umur 38.Tarikh lahir aku akan sama dengan tarikh lahir Rasul Junjungan:Muhammad (s.a.w) -12 R'Awal 1447
Pada umur aku mencecah 56 tahun,barulah aku akan bersama-sama menyambut hari lahir aku berserta Hari Raya Aidilfitri bersama-sama jutaan umat Akhir Zaman,1 Syawal 1465 tahun 2043

Dan aku mula membuka ilmu hisab dan logik,
Pada tahun 2052 dan pada ketika itu aku dah pun berumur 65 tahun.Tarikh lahir aku pada ketika itu akan kembali kepada asal iaitu 11 Muharram 1575

Emm...Ikhwan..Ikhwan..kenapalah kau duk sibuk sangat meramal-ramal ni,sepatutnya kenalah buat amal.Manusia tak tentu bila mati.

College Open Day

28hb Mac ni,Kelab Komuniti akan menganjurkan Karnival Sihat di mana terdapat pelbagai aktiviti seperti Jualan gerai Mentor Mantee, Senamrobik (yang ni wajib la,ha..ha..), sukaneka,treasure hunt,Bilik terbersih dan terceria (penilaian dah dibuat pada semalam),Berat badan ideal(BMI),Song request,kempen derma darah,demonstrasi keselamatan di tempat kerja oleh Jabatan Pertahanan Awam (JPA) dan banyak lagi la....aku di bawah gerai Jualan Puan Adida bersama 13 orang lagi manteenya.Sukaneka ni aku ada main..Pelajar daripada Kolej Sains Kesihatan Bersekutu Sungai Buluh pun ada datang..
You have a talent (sebelah petang),yang ni di bawah Gerak Kerja Kebudayaan.Hari tu 28 Februari mereka telah menyertai pertandingan SeniTari UKM.

04hb April ni pula akan diadakan Karnival Kebudayaan dan Kesenian Islam.Aktiviti seperti nyanyian nasyid,pertandingan kuiz,tulisan jawi dan khat,lukisan poster,deklamasi sajak,tilawah al-Qur'an,pertandingan azan,penukaran tarikh masihi kepada hijrah untuk hari lahir dan banyak lagi lah.Untuk tilawah al-Qur'an dan Nasyid,penyertaan adalah melalui semester.Untuk tilawah setiap semester akan menghantar 2 orang Qari dan 2 orang Qariah.Manakala untuk nasyid pula setiap semester perlu menghantar 3 kumpulan yang terdiri daripada minimum 4 orang atau maksimum 6 orang.2 buah lagu untuk setiap kumpulan.Aktiviti lain adalah di bawah penyelengaraan mentor mantee. Untuk Karnival ni,aku masuk pertandingan nasyid,nama kumpulan nasyid yang aku wakili adalah Calculus.Terdiri daripada Azim,Bob,Abe,Adam dan aku.Pertandingan lain,aku ada masuk adalah pertandingan kuiz,tulisan jawi dan khat.
Semua Karnival ini diadakan di kolej.
Hari sukan telah dijalankan selama 3 hari,iaitu sebelum cuti pertengahan semester (21,22 Februari dan bersambung pada semalam iaitu 21 Mac).Antara pertandingan yang diadakan seperti bola tampar,sepak takraw,badminton,bola jaring dan futsal.Mengikut kumpulan 1 hingga 8.Aku kumpulan 8.

PPSMI bikkuri shi mashta

I actually not really interested to discuss about this topic but after a street demonstration in March 07 this year,its invite me to talk a little bit about this as a student who learn and not as 'short sighted demonstrator'.PPSMI or in other words is the using of English as a medium of learning & teaching in Science & Mathematics subject.D.e.m.o.n.s.t.r.a.t.i.o.n against the matter was six years late.

I come from kampung and i didn't exposed to this teaching method since it was first introduced in 2003 but i have been one of the supporters of the PPSMI initiative from the start.It was a big loss for me.My dad and my mum teach me english since i was 2 years old eventhough they're not have a good command in the language.I do not claim that my English is excellant,but many my friends and teachers seem to think so.I am pleased to be selected in any English activities such as English parliamentary debate in school or English MC.When my friends first heard me speak in English,they thought that i have English accent in my blood.I did not worry about the language.Bahasa Malaysia still in our heart as a national language.Take Nik Nur Madihah for example,she come from a rural area but still can be the best student for 2008 SPM with 19A1 and 1A2.She answer in English what...We need to realize that most reference books and informations are in English and we need to compete with other races and later in the working environment at world level.So,we would like to appeal to the authorities-please keep the implementation of English in Science and Math going.Most people in this world are going to learn more and more languages.If we going to work in Japan,we need to learn japanese language."if you want to work with us then speak our lingo". Can we afford to do the same?

THE PROPHET MUHAMMAD PEACE BE UPON HIM’S LAST SERMON

(This Sermon was delivered on the Ninth Day of Dzhulhijjah 10 A.H in the Uranah Valley of Mount Arafat)

“O People,lend me an attentive ear,for I don’t know whether,after this year,I shall ever be amongst you again.Therefore listen to what I am saying to you carefully and TAKE THIS WORDS TO THOSE WHO COULD NOT BE PRESENT HERE TODAY.

O People,just as you regard this month,this day,this city as Sacred,so regard the life and property of every Muslim as a sacred trust.Return the goods entrusted to you to their rightful owners.Hurt no one so that no one may hurt you.Remember that you will indeed meet your LORD,and that HE will indeed reckon your deeds.ALLAH has forbidden you to take usury (interest),therefore all interest obligation shall henceforth be waived…..

Beware of Satan,for your safety of your religion.He has lost all hope that he will ever be able to lead you astray in big things,so beware of following him in small things.

O People,it is true that you have certain rights with regard to your women,but they also have right over you.If they abide by your right then to them belongs the right to be fed and clothed in kindness.Do treat your women well and be kind to them for they are your partners and committed helpers.And it is your right that they do not make friends with any one of whom you do not approve,as well as never to commit adultery.

O People,listen to me in earnest,worship ALLAH,say your five daily prayers (Solah),fast during the month of Ramadhan,and give your wealth in Zakat.Perform Haji if you can afford to.You know that every Muslim is the brother of another Muslim.YOU ARE ALL EQUAL . NOBODY HAS SUPERIORITY OVER OTHER EXCEPT BY PIETY AND GOOD ACTION.

Remember,one day you will appear before ALLAH and answer for your deeds.So beware,do not astray from the path of righteousness after I am gone.

O People,NO PROPHET OR APOSTLE WILL COME AFTER ME AND NO NEW FAITH WILL BE BORN.Reason well,therefore,O People,and understand my words which I convey to you.I leave behind me two things, the QUR’AN and my example,the SUNNAH and if you follow these you will never go astray.

All those who listen to me shall pass on my words to others and those to others again;and may the last ones understand my words better than those who listen to me directly.BE MY WITNESS O ALLAH THAT I HAVE CONVEYED YOUR MESSAGE TO YOUR PEOPLE.”
