Take your calendar and circle the date AUG 31st for the last chance to see a so-called "Blue Moon" for almost three years. The moon will reaches its full phase at 9.58a.m. EDT (1358 GMT) 8.58pm Malaysian Time Friday, marking the second full moon of August (the previous one occured Aug 1st. You won't be able to see two full moons in a single month again until July 2015.
